- Your membership includes
 an accident medical insured benefit
that will pay up to the amount stated in the membership plan
selected per occurrence for medical expenses resulting from an injury caused by a covered accident. $100 deductible must be met before any benefits will be paid.
- Covered expenses include bills incurred from the following categories: emergency room,
physician, ambulance, hospital room and board, ancillary hospital expenses (including
operating room, lab tests & anesthesia), registered nurse services for private duty
nursing while confined in a hospital, x-rays, prescription drugs, dental (includes x-ray).
